All our units are made to your size for an exact fit. Measure the circumference of your head with a measuring tape by wrapping it in a circle around your head. Begin from the front of your hairline. Place the tape above your ears and along the nape of your neck, continuing until you return to the starting point. Make sure the tape completely wraps around your head and is not loose but also not too tight.
