What is the difference between Ready to Ship and Pre-Order units?
Ready to Ship units are in stock and ship within the stated processing time. Ready to ship units come as described in the descriptions and seen in photos. Changes cannot be made to them.
Pre-Order units are custom crafted after purchase and require additional processing time before shipment.
Where is our hair sourced from?
Our wigs are made with unprocessed, single donor, raw Vietnamese hair.
How do I know what size to get?

What lace do you use?
We use high-quality HD lace designed to provide a natural, seamless hairline. Lace sizes include: 5x5, 6x6, and 7x7. Please note that we do not sell frontal units at this time.
Will the wig come styled?
Yes, all units come customized, styled, and ready to wear. All wigs come with an adjustable strap and a comb in the back.
How should I care for my wig?
We recommend gentle handling, minimal heat, cleaning, and proper storage. Care instructions are included with each unit. You can also find additional information on the Hair Care page.
How long will my wig last?
Your wig can last you for about 2-5 years with proper care. Over time, you may need to replace the closure.
How long is the processing time?
Ready to Ship units process within 1-3 business days after completing your customer authorization form.
Pre-Order units require 2-4 weeks before shipment.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
What is a customer authorization form?
This form is used to confirm that you are agreeing to all charges from Her Vault. You must complete this form within 24-48 hours of placing your order. If not, your order will be canceled.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. You can review our Return Policy here.
Do you require signature confirmation at delivery?
Yes, Signature confirmation is required.
