Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. Her Vault does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Once your order and authorization form is complete, you are agreeing to our policies and you will not file a dispute for your order.

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase, including size, length, lace selection, etc.

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or have an issue with your order, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order. There will be a restocking fee of $100 if a wig is returned to compensate for the time and effort spent on the unit. Once you have cut the lace and/or styled the wig, we will not be able to assist you.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any shipping issues. Once the order has been shipped, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
