Shipping policy

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED THROUGH UPS.

Ready to Ship Units:
These units are on hand. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped once processing is complete. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Pre-Order Units:
Units are custom made and require a processing time of 2-4 weeks before shipment. If you are in need of a wig by a certain deadline, a rush fee will be applied. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Her Vault is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Signature confirmation will be required at delivery. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. Boxes.

IF THE ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING SHIPPING COSTS TO RESEND ORDER.
